Stock up on fresh groceries from the nearby Blue Marlin store or visit local fish markets to prepare a delicious seafood dinner. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private balcony for a peaceful retreat. The second bedroom offers 2 Full-sized beds and its own ensuite full bath. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also located upstairs.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. According to Homeowner Association Rules and Regulations.
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

"I was nervous to book this condo because I had never rented at this location before. However, after staying here, this is now our new favorite place! It was quiet, there was lots of space for the family, and very spacious throughout the whole condo. This unit was very clean, and close access to the beach. Near stores and has a great pool.

"Our stay was great and the condo was very well maintained. Beds were very comfy and we enjoyed our overall stay! One comment we would like to leave is that it looks like the bedroom with the kIng size bed has the wiring switched. We were unable to utilize the ceiling fan at night because it looks like it is wired to the main lights in the room and not the actual ceiling fan light. This made it a little hard to sleep at night but we were able to manage.
