"This was the perfect place for our family! There is lots of space to gather together and loved that we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. "What an amazing view as we opened the door! We loved staying at your condo…just about everything one could want …although my husband said that there were too many cupboards!😂 waking up to watch the sunrise; spending time on the balconies, the beach…We had a glorious few days!
One thing that I would suggest is replacing the rocker recliners!! Although they looked great with your decor when new,, they are quite dirty! It might be better to have leather ones that can be cleaned! Or perhaps slip covers that can be washed frequently!
Lucky for us, we had stayed at a smaller condo at Inverness in the past and it wasn’t available! We plan to return to yours!

"Our beach getaway to celebrate my birthday. We had an incredible time and we loved this rental! Each couple had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need, there was a in-unit washer and dryer. The views are spectacular and there are great places to eat and drink near by. The balconies were fantastic and we used them a lot. We celebrated my 40th birthday and we would for sure come back again! The living room furniture could use an update, it’s discolored from the salt/sand from outside, literally my only critique. We had a wonderful time!

"This place is absolutely AMAZING! Nothing beats the view and locations. We even saw dolphins while on the balcony. It is a quiet building. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable. The free island metro drops off in front. The kitchen has many pots, pans, dishes, glassware inc plastic wine glasses for the balcony. There is lots of storage. 6 person, huge dining table, beautiful decor, all the bathrooms are ample & beautiful. The bedroom by the kitchen is a smaller room but still has a dresser, big closet and TV and its own assigned bathroom. The building is older but stable & safe. The 2nd car parking is out front. Only one car can park in the under ground but since it was post labor day we parked the 2nd car because there were literally very few people there. We practically had the island, restaurants and stores for ourselves after labor day. I would highly recommend that week. We will definitely be back! This place is worth every penny!

Best stay possible considering minor problems

"This was the second year to stay at the Inverness 1104. last year one of the elevators was out of order and there were very small bugs crawling around in the living room and bathrooms that would run and hide when the light was turned on. I made the rental office aware of this when making reservation for 2023 and was told that would not be a problem this time. However, one of the elevators was out-of-order, forcing everyone to use the one operating. Then the tiny bugs were crawling all over the kitchen and above the front door again. They were working on the roof making banging noises all day making it very unpleasant. Other than these problems, the penthouse was probably the nicest place to stay, after reading other reviews on other locations. The view from the balcony was the best thing during the day and great night sky. Would be a perfect place if not for the bugs and elevator problems.

"We stayed a week in this beautiful condo. We appreciated that it's far enough away from the tourist part of the island too. It was beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed for a nice stay. The photos are accurate, but even better in person! We were able to cook and eat in for breakfast, lunch and dinners. We enjoyed how close the beach is to the Inverness complex. The shower area was nice to wash off the sand and salt water before heading up to the condo. We would stay again in the summer months. The only thing that wasn't up to par for us was the pool area, it's rather small. Oh, and there weren't any grills on site. We like to grill but couldn't.

The showers are a must, once you've been given that option, it's fabulous to rinse off before hitting the condo. Thanks for the feedback on the pool and grill, great for future guests to be aware.
