Our condo is in a great location, close to the beach, without charging you beachfront prices. It takes a 3-minute walk to the beach and is right next door to the water park. Our condo is 1/4 mile south of the Causeway Bridge, which is convenient when you need to zip over to the mainland to run an errand or for an adventure off the Island. We love the time we spend here on the Island, and we hope you will, too!
POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-This vacation home does NOT allow pets.

RESORT FEES
*All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to April 9th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $37
*The Resort Fee is required for all guests.

*The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment due 30 days before arrival.
*The Resort Fee is specific to March 1st to April 9th and does not apply to any other time of the year.

Thanks for the review. We are sorry we did not make it clear at check-in that we have a free linen exchange at our 24/7 Guest Welcome Center. Also, there should have been detergent at the vacation home if you did want to wash yourselves. We are sorry if you did not see the detergent or we missed placing it there.
