RESORT FEES & PARKING PERMITS
*Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time resort fee of $10 per person on most days of the year. H GHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE PERIODS NOTED BELOW.

*Resort Fees are paid to, and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums.
*The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
*From March 1st to April 21th, the Resort Fee is $35 per person.
*From June 1st to August 7th, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
*During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.

"We had our daughter and four grandchildren for a total of seven people. This condo was perfect for us. The beach is a close walk and outside condo entrance was a large number of hooks for towels and beachwear. The swimming pool was wonderful and grandchildren loved it. There is also a fitness room and game room. The pictures represent it accurately. I needed potholders and property management had them. We would book this unit again. The only issue is refrigeration is a tight fit & freezer door is hard to open. Our family would book this property again!

"The condo provided a wonderful beach getaway for our family of two adults and four teens, ages 19, 18, 16, & 16. The pictures on the listed on the posting were an accurate representation of the unit, property, and pools. The beds were very comfortable and the condo itself was peaceful and quiet. As mentioned in other reviews, the freezer is a little tight to open. The kitchen came stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots, pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, and even a crockpot. They had salt and pepper. We did have to purchase coffee filters and coffee. The property felt safe, and we felt very comfortable allowing our teens to stay on the property while we went to the beach, which was a very short walk away. It was great for everyone to do what they wanted whether it be enjoying the beach, hanging at the pools, or playing pickleball, etc. Would like to have seen check-in done online.

The property felt safe, and we felt very comfortable allowing our teens to stay on the property while we went to the beach, which was a very short walk away. It was great for everyone to do what they wanted whether it be enjoying the beach, hanging at the pools, or playing pickleball, etc. Check-in should be done online. Condo staff was not good at explaining which unit was ours.

"Staying here was very good and fun. Condo is in a great area especially during spring break, it was calmer on this side traffic wise. Clayton’s is only about 12 min away, not bad at all. The AC did get super cold randomly and the fridge didn’t get cold til the 2nd day but other than that everything else was perfect.

"This clean and comfortable condo was perfect for our party of 7. The freezer was hard to open and didn’t make ice but Padre Island Rentals was quick to respond and brought us a bag of ice right away. The pool area was awesome and never felt crowded. Quick and easy walk to the beach, maybe two minutes. Padre Island rentals were very friendly and quick to help us with all of our issues. I would definitely recommend this property.
