"The unit was smaller than I anticipated but it still worked well for our party of six. The mattress in the front bedroom is ready to be replaced. The condo had everything we needed to create delicious meals every night. It was close to everything. Thank you for hosting us!

Convenient Beach Access

"This property has convenient beach access and is short distance walk onto the beach compared to other condos I’ve stayed at on SPI. Check in process was easy but there was only one associate that was working and was busy handling a phone call so I did have to wait a few minutes. The property was clean however there was a section of the wall where the paint looked torn off (pictured) so that was a bit of a turn off. The master bedroom faces the street with a balcony, this was the only bedroom that had a tv. It would’ve been nice to have a tv in the other two bedrooms. The beds were super firm. Kitchen was nice and had all the needed utensils/cookware. The balcony of course was great with the perfect gulf view! The sofa seating area was minimal but did the job for us. You will need to bring your own beach items like chairs/umbrellas, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

"Our family had such a wonderful time. Some of our highlights were: we watched perfect sunrises from the balcony, the balcony is east facing, enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi, walking directly to the beach from vacation home, being in a close proximity to everything.

Very Nice Condo

"I truly enjoyed this condo. It's spacious, roomy, well appointed, very pretty, and has everything you need. I believe it looks better in person than it does in the posted photos. The pool was heated, clean, and has been well maintained. The location right on the beach is superb. The covered parking was a big plus. The elevator worked well, it never gave us a problem. I would absolutely stay here again. My only minor nit picks would be: 1. The living room furniture is stiff, making it rather uncomfortable. I think a few extra cushions and pillows would fix the issue. 2. The beds are very, very firm; more firm than my liking. I do realize this is a matter of personal choice, many prefer firm mattresses. 3. The water pressure in the showers is adequate, but on the low side. If you have a thick, luminous head of hair, when shampooing it, you'll have your work cut out for you. These issues are minor, and overall I really liked the place, I think you'll like it too. I have no reservations about giving Florence II 403 a 5 star rating.

"This condo was really enjoyable. The space is large, very pretty, well appointed, roomy, and has everything you'd need. I found it to look better in person than it does in the photos. I would absolutely stay here again. My only minor quibbles would be: *The living room furniture isn't the most comfortable. I understand this is a matter of personal choice, some prefer firm mattresses. *The water pressure in the showers is on the low side. Shampooing thick hair will take you a bit. "Wonderful views Gulf and Bay! Fireworks seen from bay side! Comfortably equipped and furnished. Would have liked better balcony furniture. 2 plastic chairs completely broken so space of small balcony taken up with chairs that should have been thrown in the trash. A few decent outdoor chairs would have made this property perfect.
