"Loved the proximity to the ocean and the deck. Generally, we like staying at the Florence. The only downside of this condo is the carpet in the bedroom, but the price reflects that. Absolutely loved the chairs on the deck.

"This condo was the perfect set up for the beach. The unit was very cool. Air conditioning worked great. Kitchen jad everything we needed and a relaxing living area with cable tv. Balcony over looked the whole beach and was steps away from the water. It was a low key great place, quiet, neat and quick access. Would use Florence unit 302 again!

"The pictures represent the place well, but it is much better in person. The view was the first thing you notice upon entering. The balcony was really nice and private. An extra bonus was that you can see the summer fireworks from the balcony. Easy access to the room or beach by stairs or elevator. It only takes a minute or less to get to the pool and beach access. The condo was well kept and there was a maintenance crew there everyday and it was never too crowded which was a nice surprise. Easy beach set up around the condo. The only visual issue in the place is the tv wires, but they have organized them more in the living room and updated the dining table, too. The management company was super convenient and even went above and beyond to help us recover a sentimental item we left behind. There are lots of restaurants and even a beach shop close by, easily walkable. Would gladly stay again with no hesitation. We had a wonderful stay.
