Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

"I've been bringing my family to SPI on and off for 20 years and this unit has been the nicest place we've ever stayed. Edgewater is a wonderful complex; clean, quiet and small enough that we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. We went off-season and were there for Mother's Day. The weather was perfect, although a bit windy. The pool is heated so it wasn't freezing, and the ocean was the perfect temperature too. This condo is freshly remodeled and it's gorgeous! Comfy beds, nice towels and updated showers and bathrooms. The kitchen was the best equipped I've ever seen, as well as the bar area. My only complaint about this trip has nothing to do with VRBO or this unit! SPI was not cleaning the seaweed off the beach and it was a little disappointing. Maybe they only do it during peak season, but that's the first time I've ever seen so much seaweed on the beach. The condo is available through Padre Island Rentals and they have a 24-hour front desk location, so if we needed anything, we didn't have to try and contact the owner. Defintely will try and book this unit again!

"Edgewater 402 has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The check in process was very easy. When we arrived at the condo the housekeeper was just leaving and everything was spotless! We loved the comfort of the beds and the luxurious bedding. The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed and then more. The appliances were all in excellent working order. The location is fabulous. We plan to reserve the same unit next summer. SPI is such a great getaway, and 402 Edgewater made it perfect.

"The view when you walk in the door, from the decoration, to the comfy couch to the ocean (steps away) just washes all the stress away!
I read lots of reviews on this condo before booking and they were correct, it is so clean, the balcony is bigger than the photos, the kitchen has everything you need! What they did not mention was it has a RO system-( reverse osmosis) (water treatment system) you don’t need to buy water for this condo! The RO is at the kitchen sink, refrigerator, ice maker, the bar and ice machine! They even labeled when they last changed the filters! We drink a lot of water and the water on the island just tasted bad, when we saw the RO system we were thrilled- we did not have to buy cases of water bottles!
You will not be disappointed staying at this condo, the beds are so comfortable for a great night sleep.
We had fantastic weather, (October) we so enjoyed our trip!

"We traveled to SPI to celebrate a big birthday with some of our family staying in 3 EW units. From the moment we walked into EW402, we felt at home. The condo is decorated so nicely and had everything we could possibly need! We loved sitting out in the mornings and evenings on the balcony to watch the sun rise and set over the ocean. The ocean is just a short walk away on a well maintained path and when we didn't want to be in the ocean, we could wash off at the showers and enjoy the refreshing pool that was never crowded. We so appreciated the condo owners having a notebook with a list of places and restaurants to visit, as well as the little kind reminder notes about the condo. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and helping to make my birthday celebration so special!

"Loved everything about this condo. Has a luxurious feel and everything we needed was available (except for an oven mitt, this would be a helpful addition). Was a bit put out that we had to go to the office to get the key code, as this could have been sent in email. Had no issues during our stay other than the internet seemed to go out frequently, though I think this is more due to the provider having problems. Would love to come for another stay when we get a chance.

"Our first impression of this rental… WOW! We’ve rented a lot of places and this by far exceeds all of our experiences!
Working with SPI excellent! They were great for shifting our reservation dates when needed, accommodating contactless check in, and assuring us they would work with us if there was a Covid issue that required postponing our trip.
The unit itself was truly even better than pictured! Every detail was thought of in designing and decorating this place – lighting, furniture, appliances, tech features. Incredible!
• It was spotless! We are pretty picky and we had zero complaints. Everything was is great working order and well kept. Kudos to the cleaning people!
• We preferred the external entrance and open stairway. However, there is an elevator if needed.
• Internet speeds were amazingly fast so we could do work and school easily! (We brought an Ethernet cord, but really didn’t need it.)
• The balcony view was incredible! Very large as stated before. It overlooks the pool and pathway to the beach. Even on moonlit nights it was gorgeous! Sitting on the balcony blocked the wind, so the balcony was very practical during off season.
Everything felt high quality and perfect. We really did feel like this was a dream vacation! We can’t thank the owner enough for sharing this slice of heaven with us! We will definitely return!

"This condo was fully equipped with everything you will need. May need dish liquid for longer stays and washing detergent. Pictures are just as they are represented. Did not use sleeper. The bar area has a mini frig/refrig. Heavy duty pots and cooking utensils. Only issue is there is not 24 hr people on duty during off season. Sent email to request late checkout and did not get a response. Made TC to office and was told we could checkout at 11 30 since owners were checking in that day but website indicated that condo was available. We did not need the time and checked out timely. Would stay at this property again

Amazing Beach Front Vacation Rental

"Our family spent 5 wonderful days at this beach front condo. It was immaculately clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick lunch or family dinner. Open the balcony doors and listen to the rolling waves and gaze upon the clear water! The beach is just a few steps away so enjoy sunrise strolls or an all day beach party. If you enjoy relaxing by the pool they have that too! You are close to stores and resturants and many island adventures. This facility is safety patrolled at night and is gated for your family's safety. You will not be disappointed!!!
