WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
As you enter our vacation rental, you immediately notice the spacious layout. Our living area has a large sectional, perfect for gathering family and friends for a game night. The large-screen TV is excellent for late-night movie nights after a long day at the beach. You'll also notice a window with a great view into the living area. The fantastic outdoor lighting reaches the kitchen area.
The living area gives way to a dining area with seating for 6: 4 chairs and a small bench. An additional 2 stools are located at the breakfast bar, which leads into the fully equipped kitchen. This beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and serve a great home-cooked meal.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. A window overlooks the view beyond the patio. The bathroom has a large single sink and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features one full bed, one of which has a trundle pull-out bed underneath. There is also a large-screen TV for your entertainment. Your guest will sleep comfortably through the night.
The guest bathroom features a bath/shower combo and a large single sink, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day in the sun.

Beach House Condominiums is a beautiful, supremely maintained, gated South Padre Island complex with two pools and a hot tub, and it is conveniently located on the beachfront. There is an on-site property manager, a shaded gazebo, gated parking, and beautiful tropical landscaping. Our tropical island vibe perfectly matches our Southern, down-home, local community. Diners, nightclubs, mini-golf, tandem-bike rentals, parasailing, coastal fishing tournaments, music festivals, and a water park make South Padre Island the ideal vacation spot for families and fishing groups. Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of rare and endangered animals. They are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean life. Birders and ecotourists from all over the world have South Padre Island on their bucket list. There truly is something for everyone on South Padre Island.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
