Step through the inviting French doors and enter the open living area tailored for comfort and connection. The cozy seating arrangement invites everyone to gather around and enjoy the mounted large-screen TV. The living room's open proximity to the kitchen makes for seamless game nights, movie marathons, and homemade snacks!
After swimmingly long summer days on the beach, you and your entourage can retreat to the four tastefully appointed bedrooms on the upper level. The ultra-cool central air conditioning guarantees relief from the heat after sun-soaked days at the beach, while the professionally laundered triple-sheeting and luxurious pillows offer a clean, cozy hideaway for restful nights. Each room is thoughtfully equipped to pamper you and your guests.
The downstairs living space is equally impressive. It features a petite living room, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Your guests will be so impressed! It boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, too. On the ground level, you'll also find a pool suite with one bedroom and bathroom, plus an outdoor half-bathroom by the pool.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.
