"This is a great place to stay for a big family or a big group of friends. When we contacted the rental company, they were extremely responsive as well as accommodating to assist us with our wants and needs. The only complaint is that a lot of the plates and bowls had to be rewashed and even then, that might be nitpicking at this point.

"This property was amazing! Property was clean and everything from the furniture to the appliances looked to be well maintained and fully functional. It had everything we could possibly need to cook for our group (stove/oven plus pots/pans and utensils all of decent quality). The property sits half a block from the beach entrance making it easy to pop back to the property for lunch/supplies. This was our 5th annual beach trip to South Padre, and it was by far the best property we have stayed at so far. We will be attempting to book this property for next years trip!

"First, big shout out to the Padre Island Rentals team for being super accommodating throughout the entire stay. Love the 24/7 support line. Main person I talked to when I needed something was Alberto. He was fantastic and very hospitable! The vacation home was a wonderful property with very comfortable accommodations! Great location close to the beach and a short walk to the Wanna Wanna Bar! Everyone loved the property and I highly recommend this property if you have a big group of people. Hard to beat the fact that each bedroom had a king size bed in it! Very spacious property so it easy to find privacy when you need it! Thank you for a wonderful stay PI Rentals team! Jeff B.

Family Beach Vacation!

"Capricorn Villa was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were large and roomy. Nice close walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool. My only complaint is there wasn't any pot holders, but there are now I got some and left them in the drawer by the oven. We would stay at this house again.

Spacious and clean property

"The property itself was great, spacious and clean. I have dropped it to 4 stars as it is advertised as a 4 bathroom when in fact it is only 3 bathrooms. We had 6 guests on lower floor and only one bath on that floor made it a bit tight. Otherwise the location is excellent, having the garage space to put all the beach stuff was a huge bonus.
