There are lighted sidewalk paths on either side of the complex that leads to the beachfront back lawn and gated pool. For your convenience, there is a single elevator and several luggage carts available. In addition to these communal features, each Edgewater condo managed by Padre Island Rentals includes bathrooms, 2 or more bedrooms, and a balcony with panoramic beach views in addition to the resort-style amenities.
Edgewater Condominiums is a beachfront, resort-like complex, located at 22016 Gulf Blvd South Padre Island TX 78597. Its beachfront amenities include a sparkling, 6ft, lagoon-shaped pool with an attached 3-ft. hot-tub. The poolside deck is furnished with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. The pool and lounge area are gated for your safety. Edgewater also provides rinse stations with a total of 3 showers, a water hose, and a park bench so you can take your time washing away the sand before you cannon-ball back into the pool.
On either side of the pool area are two code-access gates leading directly down flood-wall stairs to South Padre Island’s flourishing sand dunes. There’s nothing more thrilling than spotting an endangered bird nesting in South Padre Island’s award-winning restored dunes as you walk less than 300 feet from your poolside lounge chair to the South Padre Island beach.
