Seagull Condominiums Rules & Regulations

Padre Island Rentals and Seagull Condominiums Homeowners Association would like to welcome you and your companions to Seagull Condominiums at South Padre Island, TX. We want to ensure the best possible experience for you and for all of our guests, so we ask that you follow the rules listed below as well as use common courtesy during your stay. Please follow posted rules on the property and any in-person instructions given by on-site staff. We genuinely appreciate your help in making Seagull Condominiums a great place to visit. Security

  • Seagull Condominiums and Padre Island Rentals are not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal property.
  • Fire code allows for no more than 6 total guests in 2 bedroom condos; and 8 total guests in 3 bedrooms. For this reason, guest capacity is strictly enforced. For specific occupancy limits for your rental, please see your rental agreement.
  • Student, young adult, and Spring Break groups (under the age of 21) are not permitted.

Parking

  • Garages are for owners, only. We invite renters to park in assigned parking spaces, only. Do not park in front of the garage doors. 
  • Your parking permit should be visible while parked on the premises. 
  • Only authorized vehicles may use handicap accessible and maintenance/service parking spaces. 
  • Oversized vehicles may not be parked/cleaned in the lot.
  • Padre Island Rentals and Seagull Condominiums are not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal property; please secure your vehicle.

Pool Safety

  • Keep your Pool Pass Card with you when visiting the pool area.
  • Rinse off sand/tar before using the pool.
  • Proper swim attire is required.
  • Pool hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
  • There is no lifeguard on duty; swimmers under the age of 12 must be chaperoned.
  • Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the hot tub.
  • No diving/horseplay in the pool.
  • To prevent injury, please do not smoke or use glass containers in the pool area or any other common areas where guests may be barefoot.
  • Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area.
  • The pool is heated from mid November to mid April.

Amenities

  • Please return luggage carts to the first floor next to the pool area after unloading.

Health & Safety

For the health and safety of everyone, please observe these safety notices:

  • Do not use glass containers in common areas. 
  • Smoking is not permitted in common areas, and butts should be disposed of safely.
  • Please do NOT feed the seagulls on the property, balconies, or in pool areas. Bird feces can contaminate the pools and surrounding areas which exposes everyone. You can help keep yourself and other guests healthy, as well as keep maintenance costs down, by NOT feeding wildlife on the property.
  • Do not sit or lean against railings.

Grilling

  • We invite you to use gas and electric grills outdoors.
  • Charcoal grilling is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets & Service Animals

  • Pets are not allowed on Seagull Condominiums property.
  • Registered service animals are always welcome. Please notify us beforehand to expect your service animal.

Common Comfort

  • Please dry your wet clothing and towels indoors.
  • Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM every night.
  • Please keep activity and music volumes at a non-disruptive volume.
  • Smoking is not permitted in condos, hallways, or in common outdoor areas.
  • Do not leave trash bags in hallways. Do not litter on the property. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
  • We strive to regularly update our photos and listing descriptions; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.
  • Padre Island Rentals staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out to Padre Island Rentals so we may promptly address your needs.

Violation of any of the above or on-site posted rules, disruption of the common good, or partaking in any illegal activity on the property is grounds for eviction and/or a police report. Rental fees and damage deposits will not be refunded. Fines for any infractions will be levied.
