Sapphire Rules and Regulations

Sapphire has been designed and constructed to represent the highest of standards in 5-star resort condominium living. All of our residences are privately-owned and as a Guest we would like to welcome you. Please respect Sapphire property, personnel, and guidelines as you enjoy the gym, theatre, computer lounge, and day spa amenities all located on the 1st floor.

Upon check-in, you will receive a key card with a number combination providing amenity access. This slide card will provide access to your unit and will also be needed to re-enter the lobby from the pool deck area. All gates leading to and from the pool deck are combination locks, the number can be found on your key card. Wrist Bands will be issued to renters and guests upon check-in. To replace a lost wristband, please go to the Concierge desk with identification. The key card and wrist bands must be returned upon check out.

ONLY REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO PROPERTY.
Failure to abide by Sapphire’s Rules & Regulations will result in a fine and/or eviction.
1st Offense – Verbal warning, and phone call to rental company/owner
2nd Offense – Minimum $100 Fine
3rd Offense – $250 Fine and Eviction

Brief Summary of Rules and Regulations:

  1. OCCUPANCY: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old or above. A valid ID is required at check –in.
    Maximum Occupancy:
    o Maximum of six (6) people in a 2-bedroom condo (including infants/children)
    o Maximum of eight (8) people in a 3-bedroom condo (including infants/children)
    o Maximum of ten (10) in a 4-bedroom bungalow (including infants/children)
  2. GUESTS: Only owners are permitted to have guests. No guests are permitted to Renters.
  3. FACEMASKS: Are required to be worn at all times while in lobby, elevators and indoor common areas. Failure to abide will result in receiving a fine or possible eviction.
  4. VEHICLES AND PARKING: Renters will be issued two (2) temporary parking permits at check-in. Please display your permit so that the dates are visible. Boat, Jet Ski and trailer parking are located on the west perimeter of the parking lot, bordering the pond. Electric Vehicle Charging stations are for charging only. Relocate your vehicle once the charge is complete. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
  5. DRESS CODE: All Owners and Guests are required to wear appropriate cover-ups, shirts and shoes when entering the Sapphire Common Areas.
  6. GARBAGE AND TRASH: All trash should be bagged and placed in the designated trash chute located on each floor.
    Individuals are responsible for cleaning up common areas after use.
  7. BALCONIES: Balcony railings should be kept free of hanging towels or clothes. Throwing of any objects, including water from coolers over railings is prohibited.
  8. BALCONY GRILLS: The door must remain closed when grilling on the balcony. No portable grills are permitted on either balcony. Only the electric grills which are installed on the west balcony may be used for outdoor grilling.
  9. HALLWAYS: should remain free of objects including beach chairs, ice chests, door mats or other personal items. Front door decorations are permitted for holiday periods only. Items found in violation of this rule may be removed by the staff.
  10. PETS: Only owners are permitted pets and those with a 1 yr. lease with owner written approval
    o A maximum of two animals per condo is permissible.
    o Pets are not permitted in the pool or pool area.
    o Pet owners are required to clean up after their pet. Pet waste bags are available at the Pet Park.
    o Allowing your pet to relieve themselves in the pool area or on the way to the beach will result in a fine starting at $250.
  11. POOL AND HOT TUB:
    • Hours: 8:00am to 10:00 pm off season, 8:00am to 11:00 pm during summer season
  12. • NO GLASS CONTAINERS
  13. o A Fine of $500 may be assessed to violators.
  14. o Broken glass at the pool will result in a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of draining and cleaning the pool.
  15. o There is no lifeguard on duty.
  16. o Emergency phone available in palapa area
  17. o No radio/Speakers-Head set only
  18. o No running or horseplay
  19. o No pets allowed in pool area
  20. o No Diving
  21. o No unsupervised children under 14
  22. o No walking on cascade wall
  23. o No smoking in pool area
  24. o No food permitted in the pool or at the edge of pool
  25. o No hard toys permitted in pool (ie: boogie boards, skim boards, surf boards, footballs etc.) Only “Nerf” type toys are permitted.
  26. o Swim diapers must be worn by children not potty trained.
  27. o Do not use the spa, if the water temperature is above 104 Degrees Fahrenheit
  28. o Children should not use the hot tub without adult supervision.
  29. o Adult supervision is required for children under 14.
  1. CABANAS: are available for rent daily at a rate of $125 per day for guests.
    Special rates available for owners.
  2. THEATER & GAME ROOM: Game Room is Temporarily Closed
    See concierge to reserve the Theater room.
    • The last show time is 9:00pm.
    • Only G, PG and PG-13 movies may be shown.
    • Game Room hours are 9:00am- 11:00 pm. Guests under 16 must have adult supervision.
    • No glass containers.
  3. FITNESS CENTER: Temporarily Closed (Owner use only)
    • Exercise attire including athletic shoes must be worn at all times.
    • Please do not remove furniture or equipment.
    • Children under the age of 14 are not permitted.
  4. SMOKING is only permitted by fireplace at the north end of the courtyard.
    SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OTHER AREA.
