- Padre Island Rentals is not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal property.
- Guest capacity is strictly enforced.
Parking
- Your parking permit should be visible while parked on the premises.
- Only authorized vehicles may use handicap accessible and maintenance/service parking spaces.
- Padre Island Rentals is not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal property; please secure your vehicle.
Health & Safety
For the health and safety of everyone, please observe these safety notices:
- To prevent injury, please do not smoke or use glass containers in the pool area or any other common areas where guests may be barefoot.
- Please do NOT feed the seagulls on the property, balconies, or in pool areas. Bird feces can contaminate the pools and surrounding areas which exposes everyone. You can help keep yourself and other guests healthy, as well as keep maintenance costs down, by NOT feeding wildlife on the property.
- Do not sit or lean against railings.
Common Comfort
- Do not litter on the property. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
- We strive to regularly update our photos and listing descriptions; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.
- Padre Island Rentals staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out to Padre Island Rentals so we may promptly address your needs.
Violation of any of the above or on-site posted rules, disruption of the common good, or partaking in any illegal activity on the property is grounds for eviction and/or a police report. Rental fees and damage deposits will not be refunded. Fines for any infractions will be levied.
