Rental great until AC broke

Condo was spacious and very clean. Loved the balcony and grounds were kept well at all times. We loved the decor and kitchen updates. However the sink in bathroom was constantly stopping up and the air conditioning went out the last night which was miserable. Called but they said there was nothing they could do until the next day. Other than AC we really liked the condo.
