Property Itself is wonderful – other issues

Would give five stars because the property itself is wonderful. Beds are both king size, both bdr have own large bathrooms, essentials in kitchen are there. Two coffee makers – one is a kuerig. Pool is on smaller side but a nice temperature and the hot tub is also small but place wasn’t too crowded when we were there. Reason for only 4 stars is we received a phone call while traveling day of arrival that there was balcony construction and we wouldn’t have use of the balcony for a few days. We were offered an “upgrade” of a 3 bdr – that had no balcony and no view of the ocean. As there were only 4 of us the 3 bdr was not an upgrade for us and we originally searched and paid the extra $$ for the balcony and the view — reason we went down there —We chose to remain in this condo. The living room and one bedroom does have windows facing the ocean. The balcony railing was off and the door to the balcony blocked off. The balcony was fully repaired by our third day there – out of 5 – but there was ongoing construction and noise. I wish the rental company would have informed us way earlier of the situation and given us the option of finding another location.
