needs TLC

We’ve stayed at this property several times during the last few years. We love the location of the unit, and the interior layout works perfectly for us. However, the wear and tear on the unit is beginning to show, sadly to say. Highly recommend that an owner/manager spend the night there . . . or at least stop in for a look-see. Areas that need attention: -the hole in the wall near the deck door -the malfunctioning wall clock on this same wall (battery replacement, perhaps?) -peeling paint on back of 1/2 bath door -the knob to turn on bedroom sconce is broken off -missing under-cabinet lighting in kitchen -the TV in the living area exhibits dark black areas until the unit heats up after an hour or so -the whole place needs a DEEP cleaning; when we arrived, we swept the dining area and got a whole dustpan full of dust, dirt, and crumbs -ANTS on dining table and chairs and kitchen counter need to be dealt with; perhaps the crumbs that haven’t been swept up account for their presence -underneath the handle of every kitchen cabinet is a dark dirt spot left by fingers constantly touching; cleaning or painting required -a blow dryer would be really appreciated; it’s an inexpensive addition and one guests certainly expect when traveling for vacation (it certainly would save on luggage space) While we’d love to stay here again, it won’t be our first choice in the future, unless and until it has been given the care it so urgently requires.
