Needs maintenance and new furniture

This condo has beautiful views of the bay and gulf. However deck furniture is broken and non-existent, floors extremely dirty, water stained floorboards with black moldy looking areas on wall by floorboards, limited pots and warped pans. The coach and love seat is like sitting on the floor. The complex also needs work. Something was always broken, elevator, car gates, fire alarms going off at night and pool being worked on. But you can’t beat the view
