Gorgeous unit!

This was our 2nd time here and looking forward to coming back! The unit was exceptional and is beautifully decorated. Amazing views – and when I say amazing I mean amazing! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The beds are comfortable bed, great water pressure, relaxing family room and fully equipped kitchen. As perfect as the unit was, I have a few complaints with the grounds managers. The pool wasn’t heated ( the sign said it would be starting on November 15th but it wasn’t) the hot tub door was in a locked and open position one day, and there was a giant cockroach in the kitchen, however I understand this is in the warm southern climate. There was also a surprised unannounced balcony inspection and while the guy with all the keys said he worked for the building he couldn’t produce a business card or ID to verify who he worked for.
