Book this condo!

I’ve been bringing my family to SPI on and off for 20 years and this unit has been the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Edgewater is a wonderful complex; clean, quiet and small enough that we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. We went off-season and were there for Mother’s Day. The weather was perfect, although a bit windy. The pool is heated so it wasn’t freezing, and the ocean was the perfect temperature too. This condo is freshly remodeled and it’s gorgeous! Comfy beds, nice towels and updated showers and bathrooms. The kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever seen, as well as the bar area. My only complaint about this trip has nothing to do with VRBO or this unit! SPI was not cleaning the seaweed off the beach and it was a little disappointing. Maybe they only do it during peak season, but that’s the first time I’ve ever seen so much seaweed on the beach. The condo is available through Padre Island Rentals and they have a 24-hour front desk location, so if we needed anything, we didn’t have to try and contact the owner. Defintely will try and book this unit again!
