We've pulled our love for deep-dark woods and study-like comfort into our vacation home which sits beautifully against the bright sunlight and lush restored dunes of South Padre Island. "I highly recommend Saida I - 301! The condo was just beautiful and perfect for a getaway. The pictures and description of the property were exactly as described. Very easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants and shops within walking distance were a bonus. The only downside is not having a washer and dryer in the condo....but I knew that when I booked it. I would definitely book again!"

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

"Pros: Great location. Close to the beach and close to the pool. Awesome ocean views. Very clean. The 2nd bedroom offers bunkbeds. Cons: Furniture and decor felt dated.

The Beach in October

"We enjoyed the perfect week with our granddaughters. This condo was ideally situated, being both close to the beach and pool. We loved the later sunrises in October and were able to take some incredible photos. As a guest, if your vacation time is flexible, October is a wonderful time to visit South Padre Island.
