Our petite but family-friendly vacation home has twin beds in the hallway alcove plus a sofa bed. Our little corner of paradise is worth its weight in gold thanks to best view of South Padre Island you could ever hope to see. We hope you'll enjoy the view and the stay as much as we do.

"This unit has been well maintained, location was prime, steps from the beach. Nice pool on property also. Hot tub very tight.
We enjoyed having bunk beds in hallways, although my son wanted his own room. Everything was in working order. Parking can be a little tight so best of luck getting a spot! We were fortunate though probably because of our timing. Building could use a little TLC but our unit was fine."

*As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS. For more information, please contact the host before booking. Also, please note that while this condo does not allow young adult groups, neighboring homes might, which may affect general noise levels.
*Our home is family-friendly and non-smoking.
*If you plan on using the sofa bed, please notify management ahead of time so we may provide linens.
*Guest capacity is strictly enforced.
*The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well behaved dogs are allowed.
*We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.
*Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out by phone to our front office so we may promptly address your needs.

"Clean, and great location. FYI…very little to no kitchen storage space for food but we made it work. Great beach location…always seemed to me more crowded to the left and right of Florence, probably because of beach umbrella/chair rentals. Great view from balcony. Only recommendation wish there was another blanket. For those coming after us - there is a crockpot - we left two boogie boards and styrofoam cooler for future renters.

"We loved this perfect little getaway spot. SPI is so very dog friendly and this apartment served us and our lil pup so well. The location is perfect- wake up to the beautiful gulf right outside your balcony ! Perfect to walk to shops and some restaurants. We loved our short stay at SPI ! This apartment was perfect!

"The unit has a 5th floor balcony and is close to the beach - perfect. The Pool and hot tub are very inviting. A few covered parking spots available. The building and apartment were very well maintained and there were so many thoughtful touches. We really appreciated everything in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped too.
